Commercial Leisure - Full Design & Build Service Refurbishment & Conversion of Leisure Facilities
Conversion and refurbishment of 80,000 sq. ft space of two former Royal Mail warehouses into a leisure and hospitality venue. The project included new multi-use indoor sports pitches for football and cricket, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a children’s soft play centre (Rascal Ranch) and a luxury restaurant, sports bar and director's lounge.
Phased Delivery - delivered over 4 phases to minimise disruption and enable What A Goal to open to the public
Live Environment - once completed during Phase 1, the soft play centre opened to the public. This required strict Health & Safety management and logistics strategies to ensure further phases were planned to eliminate risks to users (including parents and children). We accommodated out of hours working to mitigate these interfaces and enable What a Goal to open its doors to the public, in line with those advertised to the local press
Interior Design - the full interior design for the restaurant was undertaken by Scope Construction
