Maz Patel
Managing Director
Maz has over 12 years' in Construction and Built Environment. With a degree in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University, Maz spearheaded multimillion-pound projects in London for global clients. Renowned for high-end fit-out projects in the Midlands, Maz prioritises client needs, earning accolades for exceptional service.
Paz Patel
Director
Paz, with over 12 years experience in construction across various sectors, holds a degree in Construction Commercial Management from Sheffield Hallam University. With ISG plc, Paz managed diverse projects, winning national awards for excellence. Now focused on high-standard project management aligned with Scope specifications.
Jim Burman
Operations Manager
Over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry in site, contract, and project management including new build and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors including education, leisure and housing. His particular strengths are his depth of construction knowledge, commercial acumen, forward planning and reliability in delivering projects to critical deadlines.
Glenn Slater
Head of Business Development
Over 28 years construction experience with a strong background and understanding of the public sector. Roles have included strategic lead on various public sector Frameworks, as well as leading on public private partnerships to deliver multi-site housing programmes. Heading up growth strategy, leading on Frameworks and developing long term relationships with our clients.

Finance Manager
Jo has over 20 years experience in financial management and accounting. She currently manages the financial administration for Scope.
Amaan Najib
Quantity Surveyor
Amaan joined Scope as a graduate quanitity surveyor during the pandemic and now works closely with the commercial team across several projects.
Jason Pughe
Site Manager
Jason has over 30 years experience in construction with a trade background and experience in managing complex and demanding schemes. Jason delivers commercial and development projects for Scope.
Daren Haywood
Site Manager
Over 30 years industry knowledge and experience in public sector refurbishment including education and local authority. He takes a collaborative approach to working with clients and is a strong manager particularly when managing subcontractors to meet critical deadlines. Daren takes a proactive and committed approach to resolving and meeting project challenges.

Site Supervisor
Matt has been with Scope for five years as a tried and tested master carpenter. Now he is working his way through management training to become a Project Manager.
