Residential - Skyfall Manor Conversion
Full internal and external adaptation/refurbishment to convert/extend a former hotel into 22 high-quality apartments. Works included a full strip out, structural alterations, updated thermal performance of the building, new drainage and new services. Includes a new car park with full landscaping.
Derelict Building - the building was in a complete state of disrepair with issues including rats, overgrown areas, broken windows, weather ingress, blocked and/or concreted drains
Major Structural Alterations – required sectional demolition and rebuild of some of the steel structures, 50% of the roof was removed and replaced to create a 2nd storey
Multiple Extensions - 3 small extensions to accommodate additional flats and support viability
