Sensitive Conversion - a listed building in a conservation area required a sensitive approach to a modern conversion including retention of all internal ironmongery, retaining of a custom internal window and internal feature mouldings as well installation of secondary glazing
Constrained Site - located in a busy city centre site, surrounded by residential and commercial properties, several main roads and a public car park to the front required robust management of logistics, traffic and deliveries
Damp Condition of Existing Building - extensive damp issues were identified once strip out was completed. Required damp surveys and damp proofing works to be undertaken within the original project timeframe
