Commercial - Albert Street Conversion
Conversion of a former commercial property/steel fabrication workshop in a conservation area into serviced offices and a multi-use venue. Works included a large rooftop extension, new balconies and full internal refurbishment and alterations.
Residential Location - the project had constrained access and storage and was in the middle of a central residential area on a busy main road requiring robust management of deliveries as well as noise and dust
Complex Refurbishment - retaining features of the existing building and structural alterations for a rooftop extension to add three storeys
