We are pleased to announce that site set up and enabling works were completed this month on our first scheme for Leicester City Council.  The project is off to a good start and will get into full swing in January.  
 
The scheme: A Conversion of Winstanley Community Centre into a Family Contact Centre.  
 
The works: Include full internal and external renovation to create four spacious family meeting rooms, a new kitchen and laundry area for staff, toilets for staff and families as well as an reception and staff offices. The roof will be thermally upgraded, whilst externally the car park will be resurfaced.
 
We look forward to working with Leicester City Council and Hickman and Smith Architects to deliver the new Family Centre, which is due for completion in May 2024.
