Scope Construction is delighted to announce that we are finalists in this year's Pro Con Leicestershire Awards, in the Small Non-Residential category (below £3m) for the transformation of 70 Commercial Square for Meater Apption Labs. The scheme involved the Conversion of a run-down former plant hire building into modern open plan offices with breakout/ social spaces for employees. Including a feature atrium with a bespoke staircase, first floor link corridor to existing office building, a roof deck and catering facilities, as well as space for future expansion and installation of EV Charging points.
