It is great to see our scheme for Leicester City Council - the conversion of Winstanley Community Centre into a Family Contact Centre, is on track
 
The works include full internal and external renovation to create four spacious family meeting rooms, a new kitchen and laundry area for staff, toilets for staff and families as well as a reception and staff offices
 
The roof will be thermally upgraded, whilst externally the car park will be resurfaced. Internal alterations are progressing well with the rooflights fully installed this week

Scope Construction is enjoying working with the team at Leicester City Council and Hickman & Smith Architects Ltd to deliver the project, which is due for completion in May 2024
